The trip out to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water is scheduled for Saturday, October 20, 2007. Not only is this a wonderful car event, it is also a fabulous opportunity to check out the gorgeous fall foliage of one of the most beautiful regions of Pennsylvania.
Itinerary:
8:30 AM Meet at the Bob Evans in New Stanton for Breakfast (for those interested)
9:30/9:45 Departure of caravan (for those interested)
10:30 AM Arrival at Falling Water (it is recommended we arrive 30 minutes prior to tour)
11:00 AM 90-minute tour of Frank Lloyd Wright’s legendary home ($16 per person)
12:30 PM Conclusion of Tour
1:00 PM Departure for Oakhurst Tea Room (approximately 30-minute drive)
1:30 PM Sunday Buffet at the Oakhurst Tea Room ($11.95 per person)
After Buffet - visit to Starlight Motors—local dealership with classic &
antique Caddies for sale (This is tentative; we’re still
finalizing details for this part of the excursion.)
